Jesse Lewis (songwriter, frequent collaborator of Sam Dees)

Unclear who this is (some notes on my original edit), but one interesting lead is the work Husband-in-Law, which on the original 45 and subsequent comps is credited to David Camon with Dees and Knight, while CISAC clearly attributes it to the same two others and Lewis (totally different IPI), and does not attribute it to Camon. All four of these names appear in various combinations (never Camon and Lewis together though) frequently across CISAC entries.
