By the the Tonkünstler Orchestra, nicknamed Austrian Symphony Orchestra for some editions.

Despite having the same catalogue number as https://musicbrainz.org/release/563240be-80f7-456f-81e2-0d8531cf6239 and similar cover art, it is clearly not the same recording - lengths of the second and fourth movements differ by over a minute. And of course the putative orchestra is different.
