Annotation

Limited Edition CD Collectors Box (Limited to 10,000).

Clam shell box, textured, design to front in iridescent silver foil block detail.
Affixed is a barcoded hype sticker.
Within is a concertina of matte black card. The top panel has a spot gloss varnish design of all three masks in the collection. Its reverse side has an affixed circular black sticker with white text containing details of the enclosed CD single which is anchored in a black Digipak tray.
Below are two other Digipak trays and blank panels for the other two stickers/ discs which were available later.
Numbered (stamped) on inside cover.
