This release is almost certainly the companion to John Purser's 1992 book ⁣⁣Scotland's Music: A History of the Traditional and Classic Music of Scotland from Early Times to the Present Day. There are no actual track credits on the back cover, track (and recording) credits are presently assigned to performing artists that were originally submitted. However it is highly likely that track details are present within the book.
