The US edition was released by Century Media on March 15th 2005 and features a cover of the Candlemass song "Solitude" (6:23) as a bonus track.
In 2005 Imperium Poductions released a 2LP version limited to 500 copies. Vinyl version also includes bonus track "Solitude" (Candlemass cover).
