CD has just "The CBS Collection" on the spine but "Nervous Nights... ..and Satellites" on the discs and booklet.

Track 12 "Always a Place" is listed on the back and the inner booklet under Disc 2 but does not appear on the CD. Subsequent tracks appear on the CD one number less than listed (e.g. the final track "Shadow of Jesus" is 15 not 16)
