DVD contains an Original Animation Video, "Ray'z -BEYOND-", an interview with Tamayo Kawamoto, Gameplay videos of RayStorm and RayCrisis, and an 'informational database' of the Ray games.

Disc 4 contains the original soundtrack of RayForce recorded directly off the arcade PCB; they are not the same recordings as the original soundtrack releases (PCCB-00153.)
