Track 2-3: Identified on sleeve as 'Hit Hit Up', the title is actually 'Hit It Up' taken from the 'Hit It Up EP' (1998).
Track 3-1: Taken from the album 'Hold Up' (sequenced with 'Under The Shower With Paul Johnson' at the beginning). Contains uncredited samples of 'Josephine' performed by Chris Rea.
Track 3-4: Contains uncredited and replayed samples of 'Off The Wall' originally performed by Michael Jackson.
