This is Little Richard's 8th original album (and the 2nd one from Vee-Jay sessions), and is NOT a compilation, despite its title.
It includes newly arranged hits (firstly recorded in the 1950s and released by Specialty) recorded on three sessions from 14 to 16 December 1964 at New York City.
