The Sweetest Sounds (Friars Club tribute to Barbra Streisand)
~ Recording by Richard Rodgers
Annotation
In a short tribute to Streisand, Rodgers recited a reworded version of "The Sweetest Sounds" for the occasion. The original song was from the 1962 Broadway musical, No Strings, which incidentally, was the only Broadway score he had written without a collaborator.
