Recorded live at the Ruby's, Tampa. Some releases (with exact same tracklist) say the date as 1984-12-30 and some 1985-12-30. It is unlikely that they would've played the exact same set on exact same day a year later. More likely a typo. Discogs has the releases on the same master release. Also, Metal Archives says a release date of April 1985 for a release that says 1985-12-30 on the back cover.

The date listed at the official Death website is December 30th 1984.

Metallipromo.com does not list 1985-12-30 on their list of Death tour dates.
