Limited, hand-numbered edition. Comes in a jewel-case with colour-printed booklet (two-pane, only printed on the outside), back/spine, and separate tray inlay. The CD has no label but is printed.
Promotional copies have a letter instead of number, and have the logo on the CDR printed in red instead of black.
