tracks 14-19 are bonus tracks, performed by Mary Martin (1965), Pearl Bailey (1967), and Ethel Merman (1970) in the role of Dolly.
tracks 18-19, previously unused in the earlier run, were specially re-inserted to be performed by Merman during her run in 1970.
tracks 20-26 are from a 2003 interview with Carol Channing.
