While Decca's My Bonnie single was ignored in 1962, the same recording of MGM became a hit in 1964. In Billboard Hot 100 My Bonnie reached its peak of number 26 on March 14, 1964. Cash Box reported the song at 29 and Record World at 31.
This single is the first release of My Bonnie without slow intro.
