Represses and Reissues

Discs of the original CD release were manufactured by Specialty Records Corporation. Many represses and new versions of this album were made. A version 4 glass master is known to have been pressed with mould SIDs (after 1994).

Be aware: All discs of this release were manufactured at the same plant, supposedly with the same disc ID, but that's not certain. Furthermore it's not 100% guaranteed that all released versions used completely unchanged artwork. Not all versions are fully documented yet and this annotation should be updated on further knowledge.
