Short Biography of Yoshiyuki Momose (included in CD booklet)

1953年、東京生まれ。 高畑勲監督作品「火垂るの墓」('88)でのレイアウト・作監補佐を機に、スタジオジブリへ。
以降、「おもひでぽろぽろ」('91)「平成狸合戦ぽんぽこ」('94)で絵コンテ作画を担当。「ホーホケキョとなりの山田くん」('99)では演出として新たな映像表現を作り上げ、「ギブリーズepisode2」('02)で劇場作品初監督を務めた。2013年11月23日(祝)公開、高畑勲監督最新作「かぐや姫の物語」 にも特任シーン設計として参加している。その他、「ハウス食品おうちで食べようシリーズCM」(03,'04)の演出や、capsuleのミュージック・クリップ「ポータブル空港」('04)「spacestation No.9」「空飛ぶ都市計画」('05)の監督、新垣結衣のミュージック・クリップ「piece」('09)の監督、ゲームソフト 「二ノ国 漆黒の魔導士」('10)の2Dアニメーションパートの監督も務めている。また、書籍「10代の子どもが育つ魔法の言葉」(PHP 出版)、「齋藤孝のイッキによめる! 名作選」、月刊誌「少年シリウス『風の館の物語』」(講談社)、害籍「おもひでぎょうじ」(晋遊舎)のイラストなども手掛けている。
