Ghost

In 2008, Tobias Forge recorded the first six demos for Ghost with the help of Gustaf Lindström, his fellow bandmate from his previous band, Subvision.

One of the first demo version of “Prime Mover” was also recorded, with vocals performed by Swedish singer Christer Göransson from Linköping, Östergötland.

Later, around 2009, four tracks; “Ritual,” “Elizabeth,” “Prime Mover,” and “Death Knell” were re-recorded at SS’s studio with Simon Söderberg.

These re-recorded songs were released by Tobias on a limited number of three-track demo cassettes, and were later uploaded to Ghost’s Myspace page on April 12, 2010, to promote the band ahead of their debut performance at Hammer of Doom festival in Würzburg, Germany (October 23, 2010).

Elizabeth was also released on vinyl on 20th June, 2010.
