This is some strange budget compilation bundling together unrelated tracks and artists, around a thematic (here, Christmas), trying to lure people into buying it by "advertising" bogus "artists collaboration" on the sleeve.
There are plenty of material much more worth it than this from either of these artists (for example, Ella Fitzgerald's Christmas or Ella Wishes You a Swinging Christmas).
Note that depending on the point of the sleeve/spine you're looking at, the release title is presented with variants such as "Christmas with Nat King Cole and Ella Fitzgerald".
