3-disc live album containing selections from the 19-23 Sep 1979 MUSE (Musicians United for Safe Energy) concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City, NY. Includes Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band's live 21 Sep 1979 performances of STAY and DETROIT MEDLEY. The latter is edited and is titled "Devil With The Blue Dress Medley" on this release.

Comes in a gatefold jacket and includes a 16-page booklet.

This issue was pressed in Germany and marketed in France as evidenced but the "SACEM" rights society on the labels.
