Sub-Optimal Credits

Hungarian Dances (disc 5): Recorded 1982-04 and 1982-06; MusicBrainz only supports a range, but 1982-05 should not be included.

opp. 88, 111 are listed as 1967-05 and 1968-04. Didn't want to add an extra year to what should be two different months, so I just added two relationships. Hopefully that's good enough...

Did the same with opp. 23, 39, & Souvenir de la Russie. 1980-10 and 1981-07. Also with opp. 1, 2, & Chaconne (1996-04 and 1996-06). And a bunch more.

The dates on the songs (lieder) are a mess, because they give a date for op. 121 and then for the rest they say "Berlin, Studio Lankwitz, 2, 3, 10, & 11/1978, 11/1979, 5/1981, 2 & 3/1982". I've put those in with as few entires as possible.
