3‐disc live album containing selections from the 19–23 Sep 1979 MUSE (Musicians United for Safe Energy) concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City, NY. Includes Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band’s live 21 Sep 1979 performances of STAY and DETROIT MEDLEY. The latter is edited and is titled “Devil With The Blue Dress Medley” on this release.

This is a test pressing that apparently came from WAER‐FM, a radio station in Syracuse, NY. It comes in three white cardboard sleeves tapes together to form a book‐style jacket. Track list sheets are also taped on the sleeves.
