Very hard to trace what this set actually is, doesn't seem to exist online. It shares a tracklist with Charly's Trio Classics but only the first 16 are present on each disc. (If it weren't for disc IDs I would say it's just an incomplete add of that 2CD set.) Must be a licensed version in Australia (where both the label and OP are from), but nothing turns up by barcode, various combination title/artist/label/cat searches.
