Slightly over a year after Bryant's death, a FLAC rip of this previously unheard prerelease CD-R was uploaded to the internet.

The LP was completed under the name "Visions" in 2000 and was originally meant to be released April 25 of that year. The album was shelved when Bryant played it for LL Cool J in a parking lot, who later recounted the experience in interviews as “the funniest moment of my life.” Columbia dropped Bryant in the hype vacuum.

Due to decades of neglect and decay of the non-archival CD-R medium the album is pressed to, the last few tracks have experienced some damage. Beanie Sigel is miscredited on the sleeve as "Bennie Segal."
