This issue comes with a simple 3-pane (6 pages) folder. On the outer center pane (featuring the photo of Wizzard, which is shown when opening the tray), the manufacturing code 01-463089-10 is _absent_. "EPC 463089 2" is present on the left inner pane with the track listing, next to it, the inner center pane has the Mother's Finest Logo. There is _no_ Nice Price logo or booklet attached here. The disc has the _dark blue_ bars typical for Epic releases, and the old (lettering) Epic logo. In the blue bar "Made in Austria" appears. See provided cover art.
