Deluxe 20th anniversary triple-CD version which was only available via Relapse Records mailorder, and limited to 2000 machine-numbered copies. Issued in a 4-panel Digipak with 28-page booklet, the front cover band logo and album title are embossed.

Disc 1 track 9 is a bonus track.
Disc 2 track 7 is a studio snippet.
Disc 3 tracks 5 to 8 only feature the riffs of the songs.
