Annotation

Part of a series of 24 Bruce Springsteen albums and home videos reissued in Spain in 2008-2009 by newspaper “El Mundo”. The paper offered a different Springsteen release each Sunday over the course of six months between November 2008 and April 2009. Each of the releases consists of a 7.4"x7.4" 36-page full-colour hardback book, with new notes (in Spanish, written by Salvador Trepat), song lyrics (in English), album and tour reviews, and unreleased photos. The discs are stored on a plastic tray in the book, except for the DVD releases which comes in their original DVD packaging.

In Spain, “El Periódico” and “El Mundo” each issued its own series.

  • The books from “El Periódico” were printed at EGEDSA (Sabadell).
  • The books from “El Mundo” were printed at GRÁFICAS MARTE, s.a.
  • The “El Periódico” CD’s/DVD’s had their own mini-sleeves or DVD cases
  • The “El Mundo” CD’s were housed on a plastic tray in the book’s last page but the DVD’s had their own DVD cases

There is also a Portuguese series, with Portuguese text in the books.

There are also two Italian series, but those did not include books.
