According to allmusic, "Mad World" was originally written by Roland Orzabal, adapted by Michael Andrews. Gary Jules performs vocals on the song, he is by no means credited as composer. Comments on Amazon entry confirm that as well: http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000X1K4M I quote (and translate from German): "Even TTF (Tears for Fears) mastermind Orzabal said in a radio interview, that he likes Andrews version more than his own".
