This box set was given away exclusively to Silver Circle ticket ($1,000) holders for the "Concert For The Kristen Ann Carr Fund" on 26 Jun 1993 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, NY. The slip-top cardboard box contains 11 albums. All are US promo (punched bar code) copies except "In Concert: MTV (Un)Plugged" which is an EU import. The box was originally handed out in a special gift bag that also contained various items. So each set consisted of:
- The 11-album box
- The gift bag
- A commemorative t-shirt
- A laminated backstage pass on a lanyard
- The concert program
- A photocopied letter from Barbara Carr and Dave Marsh
- An acknowledgement note for The Mark hotel and restaurant in NYC
