All tracks recorded Fall 1994 at Sadlands (Billy's house).
Tracks 1-7 are solo/acoustic.
Tracks 2, 10, 11, and 15 are the same versions that were officially released.

First set of MCIS-era demos to circulate (on cassette) in 1996, also known as "Billy's Home Demos". These have been acquired and released by commercial bootleg companies as well.
