There is zero chance that all these tracks are attributed to Haley and the Saddlemen, as asserted (without proof, beyond claim that the "inlay (more exact than back cover" says so, with no scan) in this 2011 edit. "The Saddlemen" renamed themselves in 1952, first as "Haley's Comets", then as "His" or "The Comets". I don't have the CD so won't edit.

Looks like a quite legit, if budget, comp, first LP version released in 1985. Don't be put off by the track group if a merge seems legit.
