Like many of HNIA's releases, tracks have two titles, the Japanese release uses the secondary titles for the following tracks:
2. Drive Around The Clock
3. Crashed Up On The Corner
4. Soul Resides In The Horse Barn

Originally intended as a 4AD mail order-only release but eventually released in stores as well. Listed as "part 2", with part one being the 1996 "Universal Frequencies" EP and part 3 never released.

Track 7 is a bonus track for Japan.
