The Israeli duo Ilan & Ilanit achieved popularity in Israel through originality of repertoire, combining original Israeli songs with a collection of songs collected during their numerous travelling abroad. It became an integral part of their various entertainment performances and night club appearances.
Ilan & Ilanit appear in Israel at the well known Night Clubs of Sheraton, Hilton, Omar Kayam and the Jerusalem Khan. They have also reached the top places of the Hit Parade.
The Duo successfully represented Israeli artists at various international performances. They appeared on the world's best known entertainment stages like Olympia in Paris, Albert Hall in London and Palace on Broadway. They also appeared with the "Grand Musichall of Israel" performance, that was touring various parts of
the world, after the "Six Days War" of June.
In this record Ilan & Ilanit combine songs they have learned during their world tour, with well known Israeli songs sung in different languages, and a few new Hebrew song composed especially for them.
