Due to a legal claim just prior to the release date, eight songs have been removed from the CDs (replaced by a brief silence). These songs are still listed in the book. Copies also seem to exist on which these songs are present. The removed songs are 5.6, 5.7, 10.7–11, 10.26, all by Merle Haggard.
