Annotation

At least on the pressing I have, CD2 track 4 is not the Glazunov Melody, but is actually the Tchaikovsky "Pezzo Capriccioso". However, it is definitely a different recording to CD2 track 2, which is the same work (the track 4 recording is longer, the pitch is very slightly lower and the sound balance is different).
