Roddy welcomes Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Boo Hewerdine to The Quay Sessions.

Since her first solo hit Murder On The Dancefloor, released in 2001, Sophie has gone on to release six albums. Her latest, Familia, returned her to the charts and the dancefloor this year with songs spanning disco and pop with a latin-american flavour.

Singer-songwriter Boo Hewerdine first came to fame in the 1980s with his band The Bible and is a long-established solo artist who’s worked with the likes of Chris Difford and Eddi Reader. One of the UK's finest writers, Boo will be playing a unique selection from his songbook for The Quay Sessions audience.
