Notes

From "BG on the Record: A Bio-Discography of Benny Goodman" by D. Russel Connor and Warren W. Hicks (c) 1969 Arlington House, Page 61 says:

"Thanks to erstwhile Decca A&R man Eugene Williams, it is also known that the recording sheets originally scheduled all of Benny's orchestra's cuts to be released as by Benny Goodman's Orchestra. Two of these credits were scratched out, however, and Art Kahn's Orchestra was substituted. This was done, in William's opinion, because some Decca executive questioned the marketability of Goodman's name."
