The name of this movement in the Catalogo tematico delle musiche di Niccolò Paganini reads "A Eco - Larghetto, dolce".
The name in the catalogue seems to be wrong. In the score available on IMSLP, the name of this movement is clearly "Larghetto" (printed above in a larger font), with instructions "arco" and "dolce" printed in a smaller font above the stave, and ""pizz [icato]" printed in the same smaller font below the stave.
It looks like in the catalogue the instruction "arco" with subsequent "dolce" was misread as a part of the movement name, giving a wrong name "A Eco - Larghetto, dolce" (note wrong spelling).
